What iRunReviews is
iRunReviews is a community platform for sharing real, photo- and video-based food experiences and discovering local kitchens. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these terms.
Your conduct
You agree not to:
- Post illegal content, or content that harasses, threatens, or targets another person
- Post spam, or misuse the platform to promote unrelated products or services
- Post a fake or dishonest review, or a review for a business you have no genuine experience with
- Impersonate another person or business, or misuse the business claim process to claim a listing you don't own or manage
- Attempt to circumvent a block, suspension, or content removal
Reported content may be auto-hidden pending review, and repeated or severe violations can result in content removal or account suspension.
Your content
You own the photos, videos, and text you post. By posting, you grant iRunReviews a non-exclusive license to display that content on the platform (feed, profile, business pages) — the same permission every social app needs to function. You can remove that license at any time by deleting the post or your account.
Business listings and claims
A business owner who claims a listing is responsible for the accuracy of that listing's menu, hours, contact information, and any offers it displays. A claimed, verified owner can respond publicly to a review on their own listing, and may transfer ownership of a claimed listing to a new owner through the app's ownership-transfer flow (typically when a business is sold).
Order-ahead and in-app payment features, where and when enabled, are subject to the additional terms of whichever payment provider processes that transaction.
Account suspension and termination
We may suspend or remove an account that violates these terms. You can delete your own account at any time — see our Privacy Policy for how.
No warranty
iRunReviews is provided "as is." Reviews and business information are posted by users and business owners, not verified by us for accuracy beyond our claim-verification process, and we don't guarantee the service will be uninterrupted or error-free.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California.
Changes to these terms
If we materially change these terms, we'll update this page and change the date above.
